These Terms and Conditions govern use of lxlimo.com, online forms, inquiries, and related communications with LX Limo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before submitting information or requesting services. Any confirmed transportation reservation is also subject to the specific terms disclosed and accepted for that booking.

1. Website use and eligibility

You may use the website to learn about transportation options and make lawful inquiries. You must be at least 18 and have authority to arrange services, or act with appropriate adult authorization. Do not use the site for fraudulent requests, unlawful activity, spam, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with other users or the website.

2. Online forms and submitted information

Provide accurate, current contact and trip details, including pickup locations, dates and times, stops, passenger counts, luggage needs, and any relevant flight information. You are responsible for reviewing your request and promptly telling us about corrections. If acting for a company, agency, group, or another traveler, you must have authority to provide their information and arrange the requested service.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through general inquiry fields, ordinary email, or SMS. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

A form submission or automated acknowledgment is not a confirmed reservation. Contact us directly if your request is urgent or you have not received a response. Online forms and messages are not monitored as an emergency service.

3. Quotes, reservations, and service terms

Website rates, vehicle images, descriptions, and availability information are provided to help you plan. Vehicle images are representative; confirm the model, configuration, amenities, passenger and luggage capacity, and availability for your itinerary. An estimate is subject to the itinerary, vehicle availability, and the terms stated in the quote.

A reservation is confirmed only when LX Limo provides explicit confirmation and any stated booking requirements are met. Review the confirmation, itinerary, total price, applicable taxes and fees, deposits, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, waiting-time terms, and any other trip-specific conditions before accepting. This page does not impose a new cancellation fee or replace terms already agreed for a reservation.

Request changes or cancellations directly through our contact channels and obtain acknowledgment. Availability and any price adjustments will be confirmed for the revised itinerary. A text-message opt-out or email unsubscribe request does not cancel a booking.

4. Email and other service communications

When you submit an inquiry or arrange service, LX Limo may use your supplied email address to answer the request, provide a quote, confirm arrangements, coordinate travel, and offer related customer support. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and checking relevant messages.

Promotional email subscriptions, where offered, are separate from service communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in the message or by emailing [email protected]. Necessary, non-promotional reservation and customer-support emails may continue. An email unsubscribe does not automatically revoke a separate SMS subscription; you may withdraw either or both by contacting us.

5. LX Limo SMS and MMS messaging terms

• Program and purpose: With your separate opt-in, LX Limo may send text messages about inquiries, quotes, reservations, pickup coordination, itinerary changes, and customer support. Promotional offers are sent only under a separate optional marketing consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology when that is covered by your consent.
• Consent: You must own or be authorized to use the supplied telephone number and provide the consent required for the specific messages. Submitting a form, entering a number, purchasing a service, or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about charges.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to the number sending messages, or contact LX Limo to withdraw consent. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. Further messages require renewed consent. Other clear requests to stop messages will also be honored.
• Help: Reply HELP or email [email protected] or call (888) LX-LIMO-2.
• Delivery: Delivery depends on network coverage and carrier availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent trip changes, contact LX Limo directly rather than relying solely on SMS.
• Number changes: Tell us if you change, transfer, or stop using your number. Do not enroll another person’s number without that person’s own required consent.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Service providers may process this information solely to support delivery and operation of our program. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property and third-party links

Website text, branding, and other content are owned by LX Limo or its licensors, or used with permission. You may view content for personal trip planning. Other use requires the rights holder’s permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy policies; a link does not make us responsible for their content or operation.

7. Website availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but errors, interruptions, or technical delays may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Confirm material trip details directly with us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LX Limo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer rights, or overrides an express obligation in a confirmed reservation.

8. Changes, applicable rights, and questions

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed booking without the required agreement, and do not create or expand SMS consent. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
